Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated AI Engineer (0–2 years experience) to join our team in Noida/Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong Python fundamentals and a basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, with an interest in working on Generative AI and LLM-based applications. In this role, you will support the development of AI-powered solutions, assist in building LLM workflows such as RAG and embeddings, and work on Python-based backend services while integrating APIs like Azure OpenAI/OpenAI. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career engineers who are eager to learn, solve problems, and gain hands-on experience with modern AI technologies and cloud platforms.

Preferred Skills:
- Strong fundamentals in Python
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts
- Exposure to LLMs / Generative AI / Prompt Engineering
- Familiarity with APIs, FastAPI, or backend development
- Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) is a plus
- Good problem-solving and learning mindset
Expected Responsibilities:
- Support development of AI-powered applications and agents
- Assist in building LLM-based solutions (RAG, embeddings, prompt workflows)
- Work with Python-based backend services
- Help integrate AI services such as Azure OpenAI / OpenAI APIs
- Participate in testing, debugging, and improving AI workflows
